At Gifts fortheGaff, everything is handmade with care and packed with love — often using recycled or low-waste packaging to keep things eco-friendly🌎 Because many of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and delicate, I take extra time to ensure they’re safely wrapped and ready for their journey. Please allow a little patience while your order is prepared — I want it to arrive just as beautiful as it left my studio, your order will be tracked all the way to your doorstep!

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
• Spain: 2-5 working days
• EU countries: 5–10 working days
• UK 7 -14 working days (Additional custom checks may apply)
• USA/CANADA- 10-20 working days (Additional custom checks may apply)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if available).

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your handmade item — but if you’re not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for returns:
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are not accepted for custom, personalised, or made-to-order pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Customs and duties –
International customers are responsible for any custom charges.
