How does it work?

2️⃣All details are confirmed before anything is started. Carefully hand-cut, small stained glass pieces come together to create a beautiful mosaic piece.
3️⃣ Handcrafted here in the GiftsfortheGaff studio and send your item from Spain. Delivery times vary with location.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
💠What if i have a favourite photo of my pet i want a different background?
You can send me whichever photo you want, as long as it is a clear image of the pets face/shape. Backgrounds can be changed and personalised to how you’d like it.
💠How long is turnaround time/shipping?
Once the details are confirmed and the project will be begin, it will be completed within one week. Depending on your location shipping time varies so please take production time and shipping time into consideration. Shipping starts from €15.
💠Can i choose from different colours/frames/finishes?
Yes absolutely! You can select from coloured frames or optional LED lighting (lighting for smaller designs only|)
💠Do you ship internationally?
Not for these big pieces unfortunately, because of the ceramic tile being heavy the finished weight is too much to ship. Ideally the big custom tiles would need to be collected in person, or i can look into shipping costs.
💠How much does a custom pet portrait cost?
Depending on the size you would like, prices vary. Each portrait has been made with real stained glass, creating a beautiful glow when put next to a light. A clear price is always confirmed before we start the custom project. For any custom work, a deposit is required to secure your order- this will be requested after all final designs and mock-ups are confirmed.
