All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs appear during checkout.

4. Shipping

Processing time:

1–7 business days depending on item type.

Custom orders may take longer depending on size.

Carriers Used:

Correos, DHL, MRW.

Fragile Packaging:

Glass and mosaic items are securely packaged with protective materials.

Breakage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for:

• Undamaged items within 14 days

• Items returned in original condition

Not accepted:

• Custom orders

• Personalised items

• Items damaged by misuse
